Embed is one fixed monthly fee per professional, quoted once we understand the role. Search is quoted as a share of first-year pay. Pods and Run are quoted per engagement.
A written figure comes with the shortlist.

Every engagement is run to the same standard, whichever of the four you choose.

Qualified shortlist in five business days, or the setup fee is waived.

Live identity interview on every profile before the client sees it.

One named account owner, one-business-day response.

Check-ins at day 7, 30, 60 and 90, then a monthly report.
