These terms cover your use of hirayatalent.com. By using the site, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Who this site belongs to

Hiraya Talent is a trade name of Hiraya Recruitment and Staffing LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. The company publishes this site and owns what is on it.

Hiraya Talent is the remote-staffing brand of EA Recruitment Group. You can reach us at hello@hirayatalent.com.

Acceptable use

You may read the site, download what we offer, and contact us about work. In return, please do not:

• break the law, or use the site to help anyone else break it
• republish our pages or our writing as your own
• scrape, crawl or harvest content, email addresses or profiles at scale
• send us anything false, misleading, or that you have no right to send
• send another person's details without their knowledge
• try to break, overload or get around the security of the site
• upload anything designed to damage a system or the people using it
• use our forms to send unsolicited marketing to us

If you break these terms we may block your access to the site. Email us and we will tell you why, and what would put it right.

Nothing here is an offer

The pages on this site describe what we do and who we do it for. They are information. They are not an offer to contract, and nothing on the site creates an agreement between us.

Any work we do together runs on a separate written agreement signed by both sides. Where this site and that signed agreement differ, the signed agreement governs.

Sending a form, booking a call or downloading a guide does not commit either of us to anything.

What you send us

You keep the rights in whatever you send through a form. You give us permission to read it, store it, and use it to reply and to run the work you asked about.

Please do not send confidential material through a web form. Email us and we will agree a route that suits it.

If you send us an idea or a suggestion, we may use it freely. We do not owe you anything for it.

The privacy policy explains what happens to personal information you send.

Our content and our marks

The words, layout, design, images and code on this site belong to Hiraya Recruitment and Staffing LLC, or to people who license them to us. Our rights are reserved.

Hiraya Talent, the monogram, and the names of the group's other desks are our marks. Please do not use them as your own, or in a way that suggests we endorse you.

You may read the pages, print a copy for your own use, and quote a short passage with a credit and a link back. Anything beyond that needs our written permission, which you can ask for by email.

Guides and downloads

Our guides are yours to download and to use inside your own company. Share one by sending the link, so the reader always gets the current version.

Please do not sell a guide, put your own name on it, or publish it as part of a product you sell. If that happens we will ask you to stop, and we will explain why.

A guide describes how we work. It is general information, not advice about your situation, and it is not a substitute for legal, tax or employment advice.

Links to other sites

We link to our booking page, to the group's other desks, and now and then to something worth reading. Those sites belong to other people and run under their own terms and their own privacy practice.

The group's other desks are Artemis Recruits, Athena Recruits, Assist Recruiting, Pipeline Hunters and EA Talent Hub. Each is run by EA Recruitment Group under its own terms.

A link is not an endorsement. We cannot take responsibility for what another site does, or for what it stores in your browser.

Availability of the site

We aim to keep the site up and current, but we do not promise it will always be available. We may change, pause or remove any part of it.

If something you needed has gone, email us. If we still have it, we will send it to you.

No warranty

The site and its content are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranty about them of any kind, express or implied.

That includes the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We write carefully, but we do not warrant that the content is complete, current or right for your situation. Nothing on this site is legal, tax or employment advice. Take your own advice before you act on it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss. That includes any such loss arising from your use of this site: lost profit, lost data, lost goodwill and lost opportunity.

Where the law does not allow us to exclude or limit liability, our liability is limited as far as the law does allow.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. The same is true of anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Some places do not allow exclusions like these. Where that is true of yours, the parts the law forbids do not apply to you, and the rest still stand.

Indemnity

If a claim is brought against us because you broke these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and legal expenses. The same applies if you break the law while using the site.

We will tell you about any such claim promptly. We will not settle it without asking you, and you may take part in the defense.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming in the United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The same law governs any dispute arising from these terms or from the site.

If something goes wrong, email us first. Most things are settled in a conversation, and you will have a reply within one business day.

If a dispute cannot be settled that way, the state and federal courts of Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, and both sides agree to that.

If you use this site as a consumer, you keep the rights of your home country that cannot be waived by agreement. That holds in the UK, the EU and Australia, and anywhere else with the same rule.

Changes to these terms

We update these terms when the site changes. The date at the top is the date of the last change.

Using the site after a change means you accept the version then published. When a change is significant, we post a short note of it on this page.
